Contribute to knowledge management activities and documentation efforts.

Basic understanding of the Healthcare Provider domain, including hospital operations and clinical workflows. Ability to interact effectively with clinical staff, business users, and technical teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with ITIL concepts (Incident, Request, Problem, Change Management) is beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
