We are seeking an Info Technology Senior Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting healthcare systems and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. You will play a key part in maintaining application health and resolving issues within defined service level agreements.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing L1/L2 application support for healthcare systems, monitoring application performance, and logging/troubleshooting incidents. You will also assist with application testing, upgrades, patch validation, and contribute to knowledge management activities. Collaborating with physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff to address daily operational challenges is also a core aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate possesses a foundational understanding of the healthcare provider domain, including hospital operations and clinical workflows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective interaction with business users, clinical staff, and technical teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities are required, coupled with a proactive approach to learning and issue resolution. Familiarity with ITIL concepts such as Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management is beneficial.
