Provide essential L1/L2 application support for healthcare systems, working under the guidance of senior team members. Monitor application health, meticulously log incidents, and perform basic troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff to address daily operational challenges and ensure system efficiency. Support application testing, upgrades, and patch validation processes.

Contribute to knowledge management by assisting in the creation of documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Adhere to SLA-driven operations and maintain a proactive approach to issue resolution.

A basic understanding of the Healthcare Provider domain, including hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare applications is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills are required, coupled with a proactive learning attitude.

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders including business users, clinical staff, and technical teams. Familiarity with ITIL concepts such as Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management is beneficial.

Ability to monitor application health, log incidents, troubleshoot basic issues, and support SLA-driven operations. Willingness to provide L1/L2 application support for healthcare systems under senior team guidance.
