Provide essential L1/L2 application support for healthcare systems, working under senior guidance. Monitor application health, log incidents, and perform basic troubleshooting to ensure adherence to SLA-driven operations.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff to resolve day-to-day operational issues. Support critical activities such as application testing, upgrades, patch validation, and the creation of documentation and SOPs. Contribute to knowledge management efforts within the team.

Possess a foundational understanding of the Healthcare Provider domain, including hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare applications. Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive approach to learning.

Exhibit effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling smooth interaction with business users, clinical staff, and technical teams. Familiarity with ITIL concepts like Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management is beneficial for this role.
