As an Info Technology Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring data accuracy by:

- Analyzing data to pinpoint inaccuracies and anomalies. - Investigating any identified data discrepancies. - Implementing data correction measures and escalating issues as needed. - Identifying and implementing improvements to streamline the data auditing process.

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are:

- Recent graduates with a non-technical background. - Familiar with Data Auditing concepts, preferably using tools like Ops Portal and Remedy. - Possessing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Capable of communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients. - Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including rotational week-offs, and adaptable to changing schedules based on business needs.
