As an Info Technology Associate, your core responsibilities will involve meticulous data analysis to identify inaccuracies and anomalies. You will investigate any faulty data, implement necessary corrections, and escalate issues to client-facing support teams by logging tickets.

Your role will also include streamlining the data auditing process and actively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks within existing workflows. This position requires flexibility to adapt to rotational shifts and week-offs, aligning with business needs.

Ideal candidates will be recent graduates with a strong aptitude for analytical thinking and excellent communication skills, both oral and written. While a non-technical background is preferred, experience with Data Auditing using Ops Portal and Remedy is advantageous.

We are looking for individuals who possess strong analytical capabilities and the flexibility to work in rotational shifts with rotational week-offs. The ability to communicate effectively to exchange information with clients is essential. An undergraduate degree with English as a compulsory subject is also a preference. This role requires availability to work any 5 days a week, with shifts subject to change based on client requirements.
