You will implement data correction measures and escalate issues as needed to client-facing support teams.

Furthermore, you will actively work to streamline the data auditing process and propose improvements for operational efficiencies.

We are looking for a graduate with a non-technical background to fill this position.

While experience with Data Auditing using Ops Portal and Remedy is beneficial, strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including rotational week-offs, is required due to business needs.
