As an Info Technology Associate, you will be instrumental in maintaining data integrity. Your core responsibilities will include:

- Analyzing data sets to pinpoint inaccuracies and anomalies, ensuring accuracy and reliability. - Conducting thorough investigations into any identified anomalous or faulty data to understand root causes. - Implementing data correction measures and escalating issues to client-facing support teams via ticket logging. - Optimizing the data auditing process to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, enhancing overall workflow. - Contributing to a streamlined and effective data management system.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A graduate degree, with English as a compulsory subject. - A non-technical background is welcomed. - Familiarity with Data Auditing tools such as Ops Portal and Remedy is advantageous. - Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective client interaction. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including rotational week-offs, and potentially extra days based on business needs. - Availability to work any 5 days a week, with shifts adaptable to client requirements.
