We are seeking a highly experienced Industry Consulting Sr. Manager to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions. This role is pivotal in defining enterprise architecture, designing robust and scalable systems, and leading technical teams.

As a Sr. Manager, you will leverage your deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud-native application architecture, and Capital Markets to architect cutting-edge solutions. Your responsibilities will span defining enterprise architecture, mentoring engineering teams, and fostering innovation across cloud, AI, and semantic platforms, ensuring our clients achieve their digital transformation goals.

Lead the definition of end-to-end enterprise-scale application architectures. Design and implement secure, scalable, and cloud-native solutions on AWS using .NET and ReactJS. Drive technical decision-making and architecture discussions across multiple teams.

Develop and modernize full-stack applications, specializing in microservices, event-driven, and API-first architectures. Establish robust CI/CD pipelines with DevSecOps best practices and drive the adoption of cloud-native design patterns. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical strategies and provide mentorship to development teams.

A minimum of 12 years of IT experience is required, with extensive expertise in .NET Full Stack development, AWS cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and Solution Architecture. Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, ReactJS, and cloud-native design patterns on AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, SQS/SNS) is essential.

Demonstrated experience in DevSecOps, CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions, and containerization with Docker is crucial. Familiarity with Capital Markets domain, including trading platforms and financial data integration, is highly valued. Experience with semantic technologies, AI/ML, or GraphQL is a significant advantage.
