We are seeking an experienced Industry Consulting Senior Consultant to manage crucial account operations and business management functions.

Oversee daily account operations, including governance, action tracking, and cross-functional coordination with Delivery, HR, Finance, and client teams. Manage the complete lifecycle of resource onboarding and workforce tracking, from demand to deployment.

Monitor and analyze key financial and commercial metrics such as revenue, cost, margin, and forecast accuracy. Develop comprehensive management dashboards, MIS reports, and executive summaries.

Utilize GenAI/AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot for advanced data analysis, trend identification, and report automation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and automating repetitive tasks.

A minimum of 6–8 years of experience in IT Services companies, with a strong focus on supporting large client accounts or managed services engagements, is essential. Proven expertise in account operations, resource management, financial metrics, PMO/governance, and reporting using tools like Excel and Power BI is required.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate with senior stakeholders and manage complex operational activities. Experience leveraging AI/GenAI tools for operational data analysis and reporting automation will be a significant advantage.
