We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to enhance our CI/CD strategies and cloud infrastructure. Lead the evolution of CI/CD strategies and pipeline architecture using Azure DevOps. Automate build, packaging, and deployment processes for diverse .NET applications. Architect and manage release orchestration with Octopus Deploy, ensuring smooth multi-environment promotions and effective rollback plans. Design and govern Azure cloud infrastructure, focusing on cost optimization and security. Implement infrastructure-as-code practices and establish robust monitoring and logging strategies to enhance system observability and reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR). Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing into quality gates.

A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in DevOps or Release Engineering roles, supporting enterprise-scale .NET applications, is essential. Demonstrable, hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Boards) and Octopus Deploy is required. Proficiency in advanced scripting with PowerShell and/or Bash for build automation and environment configuration is crucial. Proven experience architecting CI pipelines for both legacy and modern .NET projects is expected. Strong experience in deploying and governing SQL Server database changes through SSDT/DACPAC-based release pipelines is necessary. Deep knowledge of Azure cloud services, including App Service, Storage, Key Vault, Azure AD/MSAL, and Application Insights, with architecture-level decision-making experience, is vital. Experience establishing artifact/package management governance and versioning strategies across multi-project solutions, along with embedding automated test suites into CI/CD gates, is also important.
