Drive the evolution of CI/CD strategy and pipeline architecture using Azure DevOps for a diverse .NET application portfolio. Lead the automation of build, packaging, and deployment across desktop, web, and service-based applications.

Architect and manage release orchestration with Octopus Deploy, ensuring smooth multi-environment promotions and rollback capabilities. Design and govern Azure cloud infrastructure, focusing on cost efficiency and security posture.

Establish and enforce infrastructure-as-code practices. Define comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies to boost system observability and minimize mean time to recovery (MTTR).

Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing into build/release processes as quality gates. Oversee the deployment strategy for Windows Services and background workers.

A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in DevOps or Release Engineering roles supporting enterprise-scale .NET applications, including senior or lead responsibilities. Possess deep, hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Boards) and Octopus Deploy.

Demonstrate advanced scripting proficiency in PowerShell and/or Bash for build automation and environment configuration. Proven experience architecting CI pipelines for both legacy and modern .NET projects is essential.

Strong experience deploying and governing SQL Server database changes through SSDT/DACPAC-based release pipelines. Possess in-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services (App Service, Storage, Key Vault, Azure AD/MSAL, Application Insights) with architecture-level decision-making experience.

Experience in establishing artifact/package management governance and versioning strategies across multi-project solutions. Experience embedding automated test suites (unit, API, UI) into CI/CD gates as a quality strategy is required.
