Lead comprehensive business discovery, meticulously gathering and documenting requirements. Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and IT to define existing processes and business needs.

Analyze the current state of Archer environments, evaluating applications, workflows, data models, integrations, reports, and controls. Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure requirements traceability.

Collaborate closely with data migration and technology teams to align business requirements with the strategic delivery plan. Define business rules, workflow requirements, approval mechanisms, notifications, reporting needs, and access controls for new platforms. Coordinate end-to-end testing for functional requirements, data migration, integrations, workflows, reports, and access permissions. Proactively manage RAID logs, track dependencies, decisions, and escalate risks and issues.

A degree in a related discipline (2.1 or higher) is required, with a Masters being a plus. Candidates should possess 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on complex IT transformation and enterprise application implementation projects.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with RSA Archer, including application configuration, workflow design, data structures, questionnaires, reporting, and integrations. Proven experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) GRC, covering risk management, policy and compliance, audit management, and third-party risk management, is essential.

Experience in GRC platform migration, ideally involving RSA Archer and ServiceNow IRM, is highly valued. A strong track record of delivering complex projects using agile methodologies is expected. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.
