As an Industry Consulting Manager, you will leverage your extensive application development background to guide projects. You'll play a key role in implementing advanced AI strategies, including expertise in agentic AI and leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot effectively and cost-efficiently.

Your responsibilities will extend to establishing AI guardrails, explaining diverse AI use cases beyond simple code completion, and ensuring AI is integrated safely into products without compromising customer data. You'll also utilize your knowledge of AWS containers for product development and build pipelines, ensuring features are cloud-agnostic.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 years of application development experience, proficient in C#, SQL Server, Windows/Linux, REST API, and WPF. A strong understanding of agentic AI and its practical applications is essential.

Demonstrated experience in optimizing GitHub Copilot usage, creating robust AI guardrails, and explaining AI's value as a development aid is required. Familiarity with safe AI integration into products, securing customer data, and architecting accordingly is crucial. Expertise in using AWS containers for development and build processes, and developing cloud-agnostic features, is also necessary.
