Seeking an experienced Industry Consulting Manager to lead business analysis initiatives.

This role involves driving strategic analysis and ensuring seamless delivery within the Business Lending and nCino platforms. You will be instrumental in mentoring a team of Business Analysts and fostering best practices.

Expertise in the Lending domain, particularly Business and Commercial Lending, is essential. Experience with the nCino Loan Origination Platform and Agile methodologies is highly valued.

Manage squad backlogs and prioritize user stories in close collaboration with Product Owners. Ensure all user stories meet Definition of Ready (DoR) standards prior to development.

Lead analysis activities across Business Lending and nCino journeys, creating and refining high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria. Conduct comprehensive impact assessments for proposed changes and maintain documented requirements in JIRA and Confluence.

Facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholders, including business users, SMEs, and senior management, to elicit requirements and align on objectives. Manage stakeholder expectations through clear and consistent communication.

Spearhead Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, coordinating test planning, execution, and defect management. Ensure delivered solutions align with business requirements and quality standards.

Actively support Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and drive the resolution of delivery challenges. Foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.

Assist production support teams by triaging and analyzing production issues, providing functional clarification, and supporting root cause analysis.

A minimum of 10 years of comprehensive Business Analysis experience within the Banking or Financial Services sector is required.

Demonstrate strong expertise in Business Lending or Commercial Lending domains. Hands-on experience with the nCino Loan Origination Platform is crucial.

Proven ability to lead Business Analysts within Agile delivery teams is essential. Key skills include requirements gathering, user story creation, process mapping, impact analysis, stakeholder management, BAT/UAT coordination, and proficiency in JIRA & Confluence.

Possess a strong understanding of Loan Origination, Credit Processes, Lending Workflows, Customer Journeys, and Data Lineage & Integration.

Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies, cross-functional delivery teams, and senior business stakeholders is expected. Exposure to the Mortgage domain is preferred.
