As an Industry Consulting Manager, you will lead end-to-end analysis of lending and credit processes, identifying opportunities for automation and digital transformation. Your responsibilities include eliciting and documenting business requirements, developing functional specifications, and collaborating with technology teams to design scalable solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Agile teams to prioritize backlogs, support sprint execution, and ensure successful implementation and post-production support.

Key activities involve analyzing process gaps, defining 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' states, and creating detailed documentation like BRDs and FRDs. You will also play a crucial role in UAT planning and execution, defect analysis, and ensuring business readiness for new releases. A significant aspect of the role includes driving improvements in straight-through processing (STP) and enhancing overall customer experience.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Banking industry, with a strong focus on Lending and Credit. A proven track record in managing the entire lending and credit lifecycle is essential. Candidates should possess expertise in requirements elicitation, process analysis, and solution design. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in driving digital transformation initiatives are highly valued.
