This role is crucial for bridging the gap between business needs, IT capabilities, and quality assurance, ensuring seamless project execution and client success.

As a manager, you will lead the development of solutions tailored to client business requirements, providing critical content leadership. Your expertise will be instrumental in gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting them accurately, and translating them into actionable technical specifications. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure proposed solutions are effectively delivered and implemented.

Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison between business, IT, and QA teams to align on requirements and technical deliverables. You will engage with functional BAs, product SMEs, QAs, engineering teams, and solution architects to provide requirement walkthroughs and address technical dependencies. A core part of the role involves collaborating with business stakeholders for requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. You will also work with delivery and implementation teams, providing domain expertise to ensure successful solution deployment. Translating business requirements into technical specifications and analyzing payment-related needs are essential.

You will also oversee or participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve technical issues throughout the development and post-implementation phases. Significant focus will be placed on leveraging your industry experience, particularly within the BFSI sector and Payments Domain, covering both low and high-value payments, cross-border transactions, and understanding key regulations like SEPA, Instant Payments, Payment Services Directive, and Open Banking, along with their IT implications.

A strong foundation in the Banking Domain, with extensive solutioning experience in payments, is essential. Candidates should be adept at understanding regulatory changes, such as SWIFT and SEPA rulebooks, and interpreting their impact on requirements. Technical proficiency includes understanding current system states, gathering requirements, and possessing knowledge of payment system technologies like ISO 20022, EMV, and tokenization. Familiarity with database concepts, scripting, and microservice architecture is beneficial, alongside a solid command of SQL queries. The role requires relevant industry experience, ideally gained within Tier-1 IT organizations, with a specific emphasis on the Payments Domain.
