NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Industry Consulting Director to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, India. This role focuses on leveraging your expertise in financial technology, specifically Murex, to deliver advanced reporting and data solutions. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys, ensuring they achieve their business objectives with our cutting-edge services.

Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated Murex Datamart solutions tailored for front-office, risk, finance, and operations reporting needs. Collaborate closely with business and functional teams to thoroughly understand and document reporting and data requirements. Create robust Murex Datamart extractions and reporting mechanisms utilizing MX.3 transactional and risk data. Configure and manage Datamart objects, filters, queries, views, and report structures for optimal performance. Develop and execute complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation processes. Analyze and resolve issues related to data quality, performance bottlenecks, and reporting discrepancies. Optimize Datamart queries and extraction processes to efficiently handle large datasets. Provide support during Murex upgrades, migrations, regression testing, and production releases. Partner with production and support teams to troubleshoot Datamart job failures and reporting issues. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including data mappings and interface specifications.

Demonstrate strong experience in Murex Datamart reporting development and a proven track record in performance tuning and load balancing. Possess a solid understanding of cashflow structures across various financial products (IRD, EQD, CRD, SCF, FX Options) and their representation within Murex. Experience migrating reports from legacy systems to Murex is a significant advantage. Familiarity with Control-M is required. A good grasp of Murex GOM structures is beneficial. Proficiency in basic Unix scripting/Python and strong SQL skills are essential. Knowledge of other Murex areas will be advantageous for future growth and project extensions.
