Design and build industry-leading applications, while also providing crucial support for resolving production issues.

We are seeking candidates with 4-6 years of application development experience, proficient in C#, SQL Server, Windows/Linux, REST API, and WPF.

Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities are essential, alongside the ability to thrive in both team-oriented and independent work environments.

A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement is highly valued.

Familiarity with automated testing platforms, unit tests, and acceptance testing is required.

Expertise in Agentic AI is crucial, including leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot cost-effectively and implementing appropriate guardrails for efficient AI utilization.

Understand how to explain various AI use cases beyond basic code completion and query answering, and how to integrate AI into products securely, protecting customer data by architecting context into solutions.

Proficiency in using AWS containers for products, build pipelines, and general development scenarios is also expected.

Demonstrate the ability to develop and package features that are cloud and deployment agnostic.
