Embark on a career-launching opportunity as an Industrial Trainee within our Capital and Debt Advisory team in Mumbai. You will be instrumental in driving profitable growth by ensuring efficient client engagement execution. Engage professionally with clients, adhering strictly to expectations and contract terms. Key tasks include preparing and filing tax returns, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and representing clients. You will also advise on inbound/outbound structuring, manage employee movements, and gain exposure to immigration and provident fund regulations for expatriates.
Develop a constructive approach to teamwork, focusing on enhancing both personal and team performance. Leverage knowledge from colleagues, databases, and other resources. Strive to deliver exceptional, high-quality services that consistently surpass client expectations.
Participate actively in group work, assisting in effective task delivery and collaborating with tax professionals for comprehensive solutions. Ensure all assigned work aligns with program objectives, firm methodologies, and professional standards. Utilize electronic working papers and various software efficiently for research purposes.
Continuously enhance technical knowledge and compliance processes by staying abreast of industry trends and technical authorities. Apply this expertise to moderately complex situations. Analyze and convert data into accurate and timely tax products, whether advisory or compliance-related. Thoroughly check documents for tax inspections and maintain the confidentiality and proprietary nature of client relationships.
A certified Chartered Accountant (CA) is required. Candidates should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary.
Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet stringent deadlines. Possess strong analytical and numerical abilities. An enthusiastic and self-starting attitude is valued. Being a team player with good time management skills and the ability to grasp details are key attributes for success.
Ideal candidates will also exhibit strong interpersonal skills, be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative. Comfort in interacting with senior executives, both within the firm and at client sites, is also beneficial.
