This position offers a pathway to develop your expertise in tax compliance and advisory services. You'll be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction through efficient and professional service delivery, adhering to all contractual obligations and firm methodologies.

Key client responsibilities include conducting engagements professionally and as per client expectations and contract terms. You will be involved in preparing and filing individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, drafting submissions, and representing clients before tax authorities.

Further responsibilities encompass advising on outbound/inbound structuring for employee movement, and gaining working knowledge of immigration and provident fund regulations for expatriates. You will also participate in executing work within a group, assisting in delivering tasks effectively, and teaming with tax professionals to provide comprehensive tax solutions.

We are seeking individuals with a certified CA qualification and 0-1 year of relevant experience. Essential skills include strong written and oral communication, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and robust analytical and numerical abilities.

Candidates should be enthusiastic self-starters, team players with good time management skills, and possess an aptitude for grasping details. Ideally, you will also exhibit good interpersonal skills, be highly flexible, adaptable, creative, and comfortable interacting with senior executives both within the firm and at client organizations.
