Your internship will be situated within the M&A Advisory team, a critical component of Strategy and Transactions. As an Industrial Trainee, you will be instrumental in driving technical excellence within M&A advisory workflows. Your core responsibilities will include leveraging advanced Excel skills for comprehensive financial analysis, meticulous data organization, and the preparation of robust financial models. You will actively support M&A advisory processes by conducting structured analysis and preparing essential transaction documentation.

Your role will also involve the accurate compilation, validation, and presentation of large datasets using spreadsheet tools. Furthermore, you will assist in critical valuation and benchmarking activities, alongside supporting deal execution within consulting engagements.
