This Industrial Trainee role within the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) Business Consulting Risk practice in Hyderabad focuses on helping TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, address competitiveness, and implement agile strategies for sustained growth. The team comprises Business Consulting (including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting), Technology Consulting, and People Advisory Services, all working collaboratively to build a better working world.

As an Industrial Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in Technical Excellence within the Business Consulting Risk domain. This includes developing proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and control testing. You will also engage in process mapping and documentation to assess workflow designs and identify control gaps.

Furthermore, you will deepen your understanding of internal control frameworks and risk assessment methodologies as applied to business processes within the TMT sector. A key part of your role will involve structuring, validating, and presenting analytical findings through clear, technically sound reports and workpapers. You will apply foundational consulting skills to process and controls analysis, contributing to accurate and reliable risk evaluations.

To be considered for this Industrial Trainee position, you must possess a Bachelor of Commerce degree. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Support is required.
