Our focus areas include Enterprise Risk, Technology Risk, and Financial Services Risk, where we assess technology-related risks and support financial sector clients in managing business risks through agile and transformative approaches.

Apply consulting methodologies to analyze business processes and pinpoint control gaps within Risk and Process & Controls engagements. Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively for data analysis, reconciliation, and detailed documentation of risk and control findings. Map business processes and evaluate process controls to inform risk assessments and remediation strategies. Structure analytical outputs and findings to support Business Consulting Risk deliverables, particularly within the TMT sector. Collaborate effectively with various client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Commerce degree and have at least 2 years of experience in Technical Support. We seek individuals with a collaborative spirit, capable of delivering practical and insightful solutions to complex problems. Candidates should demonstrate agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and a creative approach, maintaining positive energy while adapting to new challenges. The ability to provide services across multiple client departments, while strictly following commercial and legal guidelines, is essential.
