Execute client engagements with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. Review working papers and client documentation, suggesting improvements for engagement productivity and client service. Analyze business and industry trends to identify areas for process enhancement and develop actionable recommendations.

Utilize data analytics tools and ensure strict adherence to engagement plans and internal quality control procedures. Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Support budget management and contribute to developing marketing collateral, business proposals, and new service methodologies. Cultivate strong working relationships with clients and mentor junior team members. Contribute actively to knowledge management initiatives within the practice.

Candidates should possess a Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor designation, or a Master's degree in Business Administration. A foundational experience of 0-1 year in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit is required.

Successful applicants must demonstrate excellent project management skills, foster teamwork, and leverage current technology to enhance service delivery. A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, potentially outside of assigned office locations, is necessary, along with the ability to work extended hours when needed. A valid passport is mandatory for this role.
