This role is instrumental in building client confidence through robust governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks, internal audits, and process improvements. You will contribute to enhancing client operations across internal audits, process reviews, standard operating procedures, enterprise risk management, and revenue assurance.

We seek driven individuals to deliver high-quality client engagements, identifying opportunities for service enhancement and business process improvements. The position involves managing engagement budgets, developing marketing materials, and contributing to new solution development. Building strong client relationships and mentoring junior team members are key aspects of this role. Your ability to anticipate risks and proactively escalate issues will be highly valued.

Execute client engagements to meet and exceed quality standards, ensuring client requirements are fully addressed.

Review working papers and client documentation, proposing innovative ideas to boost engagement productivity and elevate client service.

Gain a deep understanding of business and industry trends to identify areas for improvement within client business processes, paving the way for strategic recommendations.

Proficiently handle data analytics using tools like Access and ACL.

Adhere strictly to engagement plans and internal quality and risk management procedures.

Maintain awareness of internal auditing standards from IIA and ICAI.

Apply a solution-based approach to problem-solving techniques.

Manage engagement budgets effectively and support superiors in creating marketing collateral, business proposals, and developing new solutions or methodologies.

A Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, or hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Possess 0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, related internal audit, or external audit.

Demonstrate excellent project management capabilities, fostering teamwork and accountability.

Exhibit a thorough understanding of compliance, financial, and operational risks, alongside experience in internal control testing and developing internal audit plans.

Ability to assess internal controls and SOX frameworks to mitigate risks and apply them to client scenarios.

Bring extensive knowledge of client businesses and industries to identify technological advancements and their impact.

Be prepared for travel, potentially exceeding 50% of the time, and commute within the region. Availability to work beyond standard hours is expected. A valid passport is mandatory.
