As an Associate Consultant, you will ensure high-quality delivery on client engagements, reviewing working papers and client folders. You will identify opportunities for improving engagement productivity and client service. Understanding business and industry trends is crucial for preparing recommendations to enhance client business processes. Responsibilities also include handling data analytics (Access, ACL), ensuring compliance with engagement plans and quality procedures, and staying aware of internal auditing standards. You will also manage engagement budgets, support proposal development, build client relationships, mentor junior team members, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the practice.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor qualification, or a Master’s degree in Business Administration. A post-qualification experience of 0-1 year in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit is required. Successful candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time, travel within the region, and work extended hours when necessary. A valid passport is mandatory.
