Developing strong client relationships and mentoring junior team members are key aspects of this role.

To excel in this role, you should possess extensive knowledge of the client's business and industry, staying ahead of technological developments and evaluating their impact. Excellent project management skills, the ability to inspire teamwork, and proficiency with current technology tools are vital. A thorough understanding of EY's service lines and the firm's capabilities is necessary. We are seeking candidates who hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation, or possess a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA). A minimum of 0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit is required.
