Your responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality client engagement delivery, reviewing working papers, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. You will analyze business and industry trends to prepare insightful recommendations.

Key duties involve handling data analytics, ensuring compliance with engagement plans and internal quality standards, and staying informed about internal auditing standards. You'll apply a solution-based approach to problem-solving, manage engagement budgets, and contribute to the development of new methodologies.

Developing strong client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to knowledge management are essential. You will also brief teams on client environments and industry trends, maintain client expectations, and assess risks and internal controls.

To excel in this role, you should hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification, or possess a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).

We are looking for candidates with 0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit. Availability for travel (at least 50% of the time) outside your assigned office location and within the region is required. Successful candidates must be prepared to work extended hours when necessary and possess a valid passport.
