As an Industrial Trainee in Process & Controls, you will leverage your technical skills to analyze process and control data, identify key risks, and support control testing. You'll gain hands-on experience in assessing business processes, documenting control frameworks, and developing insightful reports for stakeholders. This role involves structuring and cleaning large datasets, creating clear Excel dashboards, and contributing to risk identification and remediation recommendations. You will work collaboratively to provide services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data validation, for effective data analysis. A strong understanding of general consulting methodologies for assessing business processes, risks, and internal controls is essential. The ability to structure, clean, and reconcile large datasets is crucial for supporting risk assessments and control testing. Experience in building clear Excel dashboards and summary reports is highly valued. Familiarity with documenting process flows and control matrices is also beneficial.
