Join our team as an Industrial Automation Lead, focusing on Rockwell Automation and MES solutions. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge industrial automation systems to drive our clients' connected factory and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

As a technical leader, you will guide project teams, ensure high-quality solutions, and enable advanced manufacturing environments. Your expertise will be crucial in bridging the gap between shop floor operations and enterprise systems, fostering innovation in industrial technology.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Rockwell Automation and MES projects, owning solution design and implementation for PLC/SCADA/MES systems. Provide technical direction to engineering teams throughout project lifecycles, ensuring solutions meet stringent performance, scalability, and security standards. Develop and implement solutions using Allen Bradley PLCs, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View, and FactoryTalk Historian. Integrate Rockwell systems with MES, ERP, and enterprise applications, utilizing industrial protocols like EtherNet/IP and OPC UA. Oversee system testing, commissioning, and provide expert troubleshooting for complex automation challenges. Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor team members on best practices, and contribute to pre-sales technical efforts.

A strong background in Rockwell Automation platforms, including Allen Bradley PLCs, Studio 5000, and FactoryTalk View SE/ME, is essential. Demonstrated experience with MES system integration, industrial networks (OPC UA, EtherNet/IP, Modbus, MQTT), and shop floor connectivity is required. Familiarity with Industrial IoT (IIoT) concepts, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) for industrial integration, and industrial standards like ISA 95/ISA 88 is highly beneficial. Exceptional technical leadership, hands-on problem-solving skills, and effective communication are vital for success in this role.
