As the highest escalation point for Imprivata issues, you will troubleshoot complex authentication, SSO, and integration challenges. This involves deep analysis of logs, conducting root-cause analysis for persistent problems, and developing permanent solutions. You will manage and engineer enterprise Imprivata EAM/OneSign environments, including appliances, configurations, policies, and agents. The role demands expertise in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting SSO for various application types, along with supporting diverse authentication methods and VDI deployments.

Key duties also include leading platform upgrades and patching, providing technical architecture for deployments, and defining HA/DR strategies. You will drive problem management, automate operational tasks, and improve monitoring and alerting. Furthermore, you'll serve as the primary technical liaison with Imprivata Support, manage vendor defects, and develop comprehensive documentation including HLD/LLD, SOPs, and runbooks. Mentoring junior engineers will also be part of your contribution.

This role requires a seasoned Imprivata expert with extensive experience in L4 technical support and platform engineering. A strong background in troubleshooting complex EAM, MFA, and SSO solutions is essential. You should be proficient in analyzing logs, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing permanent fixes.

Expertise in configuring and managing Imprivata appliances, enterprise policies, and agents is a must. Experience with SSO integrations for web, client-server, and SAML applications, along with supporting various authentication mechanisms and VDI environments (Citrix, VMware Horizon, AVD), is required. The ability to lead upgrades, contribute to architecture, and manage vendor relationships is also crucial. Excellent documentation and knowledge-sharing skills are necessary, including the creation of HLD/LLD, SOPs, and runbooks.
