Join Rippling as an Implementation Manager for our SSB segment, supporting startups and SMBs. You will be instrumental in driving the successful adoption of Rippling's comprehensive product suite. This role demands a deep understanding of our offerings and a fervent commitment to customer success.

Spearhead the end-to-end implementation of Rippling products, including HR, Payroll, HR Services, Global Payroll, Benefits Administration, and the IT platform, for our clients.

Proactively manage projects to meet customer timelines and achieve their strategic objectives. Drive product adoption among new clients.

Foster strong partnerships with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Support teams to ensure smooth client transitions. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve customer issues and provide valuable product feedback for enhancements.

Contribute to the development and documentation of best practices and operational processes.

A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in implementation or customer experience within a fast-paced SaaS environment is essential.

Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects concurrently, with robust project management capabilities.
