This role involves the hands-on development, automation, and delivery of HR reports and dashboards, encompassing both routine and ad hoc requests. You will collaborate closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure reporting outcomes are timely, accurate, and business-relevant. The position demands strong technical proficiency in tools such as Workday Reporting and Analytics, Advanced Excel, and VBA/PowerQuery, coupled with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.

Key responsibilities include meticulous accuracy, attention to detail, and a dedication to enhancing reporting processes. You may also be involved in mentoring team members, overseeing output quality, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires working in US shifts to align with global reporting cycles and client time zones.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and delivering standard and ad hoc HR reports within agreed timelines. This includes extracting and preparing data from Workday, building automated Excel reports using advanced formulas, and analyzing HR data to uncover trends and support decision-making.

Essential duties involve ensuring data quality through validation, maintaining documentation for report logic, and collaborating with the Workday configuration team to define new report requirements. You will also respond to stakeholder queries, identify opportunities for task automation, and adhere to defined data handling and governance standards. A proactive approach to upskilling on new technologies is highly valued.
