In this Data & AI role, you will focus on developing, automating, and delivering HR reports and dashboards. This includes managing both standard recurring reports and ad hoc requests. You will collaborate closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure timely, accurate, and business-relevant reporting outcomes. Strong technical proficiency in Workday, Advanced Excel, PowerQuery, and VBA is essential for effective data interpretation and analysis. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is beneficial. Accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement in reporting processes are key attributes for success.

Execute and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports accurately and on time. Extract and prepare data from Workday and other HR systems for comprehensive reporting and analysis. Develop and maintain automated Excel-based reports using advanced formulas, PowerQuery, and VBA macros. Analyze HR data to uncover trends, identify anomalies, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. Contribute to the creation or maintenance of dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all reporting outputs through rigorous validation and testing. Maintain detailed documentation for report logic, data transformations, and sources. Collaborate effectively with team members and respond promptly to data and reporting inquiries from stakeholders. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive reporting tasks. Adhere to defined processes and governance standards for secure and compliant data handling. Be prepared to work in rotational shifts to support global reporting cycles and diverse client time zones.

This role involves solving routine problems primarily through established precedents and general guidelines. Expected interactions are within your immediate team and with your direct supervisor.
