Join Accenture as an I&F Decision Science Practitioner Analyst and contribute to innovative HR reporting solutions. This role focuses on the hands-on development, automation, and delivery of comprehensive HR reports and dashboards.

You will work closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure accurate, timely, and business-relevant reporting outcomes. The position requires strong technical proficiency in tools like Workday's reporting capabilities and advanced Excel, coupled with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively. A commitment to continuous improvement in reporting processes is key.

As an I&F Decision Science Practitioner Analyst, you will execute and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports within agreed timelines.

You will extract and prepare data from Workday and other HR systems for in-depth analysis. Building and maintaining automated Excel reports using complex formulas will be a core part of your role.

Responsibilities also include analyzing HR data to identify trends, spot anomalies, and support critical decision-making with actionable insights. Ensuring data quality and accuracy through rigorous validation and testing is paramount. You will maintain clear documentation for report logic, collaborate with team members on data/reporting queries, and identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive reporting tasks. This role requires adherence to defined processes and governance standards for secure data handling and may involve working in night shifts to support global reporting cycles.

We are seeking candidates with 3-5 years of experience in Workday reporting and advanced Excel skills. A strong foundation in reporting and visualizations is essential.

Ideal candidates possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaborative thinking skills, with adaptability to change. Effective verbal communication, including sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation, is important.

Familiarity with Workday PRISM, Workday Discovery Boards & Worksheets, and the HR Domain is highly desirable. Experience in Customer Service, Stakeholder Management, Service Delivery Management, and Operations Management will be advantageous. While VBA or PowerQuery skills are a plus, they are not strictly mandatory.
