Execute end-to-end report preparation and delivery, utilizing Excel and data from compliance tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate them into actionable reports and dashboards. Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions using Power Query, Excel formulas, and VBA to enhance efficiency. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all deliverables.

Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for actionable business insights and operational enhancements. Contribute to the reporting automation roadmap and streamline recurring report production. Support issue resolution through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective measures. Take ownership of reporting tasks and projects, working independently. Maintain documentation and ensure knowledge sharing of report logic and automation steps. Coordinate with internal and external teams for seamless report delivery.

We are seeking a professional with a background in HR Analytics and proficiency in Reporting. Essential technical skills include Advanced Excel, Power Query, and familiarity with Compliance Tools such as Bullhorn, Cognos, or Peoplesoft. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are crucial, alongside effective verbal communication and email writing skills.

Candidates should possess excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills, with a collaborative and adaptable mindset. Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, is required.
