Join Accenture as an I&F Decision Science Practitioner Analyst and drive impactful HR analytics. This role is instrumental in the development, automation, and delivery of crucial HR reports and dashboards. You will collaborate closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure accurate and timely reporting, supporting business-driven insights and decision-making.

Develop, automate, and deliver standard and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards according to agreed timelines and specifications. Provide subject matter expertise for HR reporting and analysis. Extract, transform, and prepare data from HCM tools and other HR systems for reporting purposes. Build and maintain reports using tools such as Workday, SAP, ServiceNow Reporting, Advanced SQL, Cognos, Snowflake, SSRS, and more. Analyze HR data to identify key trends, anomalies, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. Support the creation and maintenance of data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau. Ensure data quality and accuracy through rigorous validation and testing of reporting outputs. Maintain comprehensive documentation for report logic, data sources, and transformation steps. Collaborate with team members and respond to stakeholder queries regarding data and reporting. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive reporting tasks. Adhere to defined processes and governance standards for secure and compliant data handling.

Proven experience in HR reporting and analytics, with a strong command of tools like Workday or SAP Report Writer, and ServiceNow Reporting. Proficiency in advanced technical skills including Advanced SQL, SQL Workbench, Advanced MS Office (Excel), Power Query, and VBA. Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Cognos, SSRS, Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI is essential. Solid understanding of the HR domain, including compensation reporting and analysis. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with strong verbal and email communication abilities. Familiarity with stakeholder management and customer service principles. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
