Join Accenture as an I&F Decision Sci Practitioner Sr Analyst. This role focuses on providing crucial talent and HR reporting services, ensuring the accurate preparation and delivery of standard HR reports.

Leveraging Excel and data from HCM tools, you will be responsible for data extraction, formatting, validation, and routine report delivery. You'll adhere to defined SOPs and quality standards while working under guidance to support HR reporting processes.

Execute routine reporting activities using Excel and approved HCM data sources. This includes downloading and consolidating data, applying report templates, and performing basic reconciliation and quality checks.

Update trackers, ensure timely delivery, maintain comprehensive documentation, and promptly escalate any data or delivery issues encountered.

Prepare routine HR reports, download and organize data, perform quality checks, and deliver assigned reports within agreed timelines. Utilize Excel formulas, lookups, PivotTables, and filters to create clear outputs.

A strong foundation in HR reporting fundamentals and proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, lookups, and PivotTables, is essential. Basic understanding of HCM data and reporting processes is required.

Key attributes include a keen attention to detail, strong numerical ability, a proactive willingness to learn, and excellent customer service orientation. Teamwork and clear written and verbal communication skills are also vital for success in this role.

Desired qualifications include HR domain knowledge, exposure to Workday or other HCM tools, and basic PowerQuery or Power BI knowledge. Experience in MIS reporting, data validation, or handling recurring operational reports is a plus.
