This position focuses on end-to-end marketing optimization, encompassing planning, budgeting, content management, global execution, and analysis. It provides a framework for all processes supporting marketing strategy and tactics, enabling data-driven marketing approaches.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of data modeling, data structures, and pipelines to enhance data analysis and reporting efficiency. Maintain and update internal website documentation, clearly outlining data processes and methodologies. Effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on data requirements and deliverables. Design, build, and troubleshoot scripts, workflows, and dashboards to support robust data analysis and visualization.

Create and manage visually appealing, user-friendly, and timely dashboards and reports using Looker and other visualization tools. Address and resolve data quality, integration, or pipeline issues through proactive troubleshooting and collaboration with data governance teams. Conduct advanced SQL queries and statistical analyses on complex datasets to derive actionable insights, supporting hypothesis testing and informed decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, integrate feedback into dashboard designs, and ensure seamless updates.

We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in a data-driven environment, with a strong command of SQL, web analytics methodologies, business analysis, and data visualization techniques. Proficiency in SQL and advanced querying is essential.

Demonstrated experience of 1-3 years in web analytics, coupled with 2-5 years of business analysis experience within large, multi-functional organizations. A minimum of 2 years of experience in data visualization and dashboard development using tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView is required. Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and lookups, is also necessary. Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools for efficient data extraction and transformation is beneficial. Experience with Cloud Technologies and marketing technology platforms is preferred. Proven ability in data analysis and a track record of delivering actionable insights is key.
