Key responsibilities include the hands-on development, automation, and delivery of HR reports and dashboards. You will execute and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports accurately and on time. Extracting and preparing data from Workday for analysis and reporting is crucial. Building and maintaining Workday reports, including advanced and matrix reports, along with Excel-based dashboards using formulas, is a core function. Analyzing HR data to identify trends, spot anomalies, and support decision-making with relevant insights is expected. Ensuring data quality and accuracy through regular validation and testing, and maintaining clear documentation for report logic and data sources are vital. Collaboration with team members, responding to stakeholder queries, and identifying opportunities to streamline reporting tasks are also key aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates with a Graduate Degree and 5 to 8 years of total experience, including a minimum of 5 years in role-specific experience. Strong technical proficiencies are essential, including Workday Reporting and Analytics, Advanced Excel, and VBA or PowerQuery. The ability to interpret and analyze data effectively is paramount. Demonstrating a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement in reporting processes is required. Experience in Customer Service, Stakeholder Management, Service Delivery Management, and Operations Management is beneficial.
