This role involves the hands-on creation, automation, and delivery of HR reports and dashboards. You will manage both recurring and ad hoc reporting requests, working closely with the Reporting Manager. Key responsibilities include ensuring reports are accurate, timely, and relevant to business needs. The position demands strong technical proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Advanced Excel, and VBA/Power Query, coupled with a robust ability to interpret and analyze data effectively. A high level of accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, and a drive for continuous process improvement are essential.

As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for executing and delivering standard and ad hoc HR reports within agreed timelines and specifications. This includes extracting and preparing data from Workday for reporting and analysis.

You will build and maintain automated reports using Power BI and Excel formulas, analyzing HR data to identify trends, anomalies, and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Ensuring data quality and accuracy through validation and testing is crucial. You will also maintain clear documentation for report logic, transformations, and data sources.

Collaboration is key: work with the Workday configuration team on new report requirements and respond to data/reporting queries from stakeholders. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting tasks, and adhere to defined processes and governance standards for secure data handling.

Demonstrate a willingness to upskill in relevant tools and technologies to enhance delivery efficiency. This role may require working in shifts to ensure support coverage until 23:30 IST for our global stakeholders.

We are seeking a professional with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience. Essential skills include HR Analytics, Power BI for reporting and visualizations, and advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong verbal communication skills with excellent vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation are required.

Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, including analytical thinking, collaborative approaches, and adaptability to change. Experience with VBA and Power Query is necessary, as is familiarity with Workday Reporting. Additional areas of expertise include Customer Service, Stakeholder Management, Service Delivery Management, and Operations Management.

This role requires an "Any Graduation" qualification. You should be adept at email writing and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in reporting processes, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
