In this Senior Analyst role, you will be instrumental in the hands-on development, automation, and delivery of HR reports and dashboards. This includes managing both recurring standard reports and ad hoc requests. You will collaborate closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure reporting outcomes are accurate, timely, and relevant to business needs. Success in this position requires strong proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Advanced Excel, and VBA/Power Query, coupled with a talent for interpreting and analyzing data effectively. A keen eye for detail, a commitment to accuracy, and a drive for continuous improvement in reporting processes are essential.

Execute and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports according to agreed timelines and specifications. Extract and prepare data using Workday reporting and analysis tools. Develop and maintain automated reports in Power BI and Excel using formulas. Analyze HR data to identify trends, detect anomalies, and provide insightful support for decision-making. Ensure the quality and accuracy of all reporting outputs through rigorous validation and testing. Document report logic, data transformation steps, and data sources clearly. Collaborate with the Workday configuration team to define requirements for new reports and existing dashboards. Partner with team members and respond to stakeholder queries regarding data and reporting. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive reporting tasks. Adhere to defined processes and governance standards for secure and compliant data handling. Show a proactive approach to upskilling on tools and technologies that enhance delivery and operational efficiency. Work flexible shifts to provide support coverage until 23:30 IST for global stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Reporting & Visualizations using Power BI, alongside a strong understanding of the HR Domain and MS Office, particularly Advanced Excel. Excellent Email Writing Skills and Problem Solving skills, encompassing Analytical skills, Collaborative thinking, and Adaptability to change are crucial. Proficiency in Verbal Communication, including Sentence Mastery, Vocabulary, Fluency, and Pronunciation, is required. Experience in Customer Service, Stakeholder Management, Service Delivery Management, and Operations Management is beneficial. Technical skills include VBA/Power Query and Workday Reporting. The role requires 5 to 8 years of relevant experience and a Graduation qualification.
