As an I&F Decision Science Practitioner Senior Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

- Analyzing and solving moderately complex problems, creating new solutions by adapting existing methods and procedures. - Understanding strategic direction from senior management to align with team goals. - Interacting with peers and management at client sites and within Accenture. - Receiving guidance on new assignments and determining appropriate methods and procedures. - Making decisions that impact the team and managing small teams or work efforts. - Potentially working in rotational shifts, as required by the role.

To excel in this role, you will need:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Delivery, with a focus on Financial Risk Data & Analytics. - A Graduation degree. - Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL), Python, Tableau, Qlik Sense, SAS Analytics, Snowflake, and Matillion. - Expertise in Credit/Market Risk Modelling, Quantitative Analysis, Financial Regulations, and Model Validation. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. - Agility and a demonstrated ability for quick learning. - Experience in data governance, data science, AI, ML, network analysis, and technology is essential.
