Accenture, a leader in digital, cloud, and security services, seeks a Senior Analyst in Decision Science. This role focuses on the hands-on development, automation, and delivery of HR reports and dashboards. You will collaborate closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

The position demands strong technical proficiency in tools like Workday, Advanced Excel, PowerQuery, and VBA, alongside the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.

Success in this role requires a meticulous approach, keen attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement in reporting processes. You'll need supervisory knowledge or significant specialist skills, client stakeholder experience, and the ability to manage team workload distribution and metric achievement.

Execute and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports within agreed timelines and specifications. Build new reports, calculated fields, and dashboards in Workday, while maintaining existing ones. Extract and prepare data from Workday and other HR systems for analysis and reporting purposes. Develop and maintain automated Excel-based reports using formulas, PowerQuery, and VBA macros. Analyze HR data to identify trends, anomalies, and provide insights for decision-making. Assist with dashboard creation or maintenance using tools like Power BI or Tableau. Ensure data quality and accuracy through regular validation and testing. Maintain comprehensive documentation for report logic and data sources. Collaborate with team members and address data/reporting queries from stakeholders. Identify opportunities for streamlining and automating repetitive reporting tasks.

Proficiency in Workday Reporting & Dashboards, and general Reporting & Visualizations. Strong understanding of the HR Domain and MS Office suite, especially Excel. Excellent Email Writing Skills and Problem-solving abilities, including Analytical skills, Collaborative thinking, and Adaptability to change. Effective Verbal Communication skills, encompassing sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation. Experience in Customer Service, Stakeholder Management, Service Delivery Management, and Operations Management. Technical skills including VBA, PowerQuery, SQL, and Power BI are essential.
