Drive Talent and HR analytics initiatives, providing data-driven insights for workforce and learning measurement, reporting, and decision support.

Collect, prepare, and analyze HR data from diverse sources to develop insightful decision-support models. Apply AI, analytics methodologies, established frameworks, and programming techniques to address complex HR challenges.

Manage and analyze HR data to uncover business insights and create impactful data models. Develop robust processes for data collection, distillation, and interpretation from multiple sources to enable informed decision-making. Implement AI and analytics techniques, adhering to existing frameworks and standards.

Craft logical, maintainable code using appropriate programming paradigms. Analyze increasingly complex problems and effectively communicate findings to peers and stakeholders. Work autonomously on routine tasks and with moderate guidance on new assignments. Contribute as an individual performer and potentially oversee small teams or work efforts.
