Your primary focus will be on analyzing and resolving increasingly complex problems within the Operations domain. You will collaborate closely with peers, with some interaction with clients and management. While daily tasks will involve minimal direct instruction, new assignments will be guided moderately. Decisions made in this role impact individual work and potentially the efforts of others. As an individual contributor, you may also oversee small work efforts or teams.

We seek individuals with experience in Retail Supply Chain, Databricks, Forecasting, Time Series, and Statistical Modeling. Proficiency in Oracle Retail Demand Forecasting (RDF), advanced MS Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. A strong understanding of at least four machine learning techniques such as Classification, Regression, Clustering, Neural Networks, Ensemble Modelling, or Natural Language Processing is required. Expertise in Time Series Forecasting, especially within Retail Supply Chain Demand Forecasting (in-season and pre-season), Location Planning, and Assortment Planning, is crucial. Excellent English communication and articulation skills are necessary, alongside a basic grasp of various data science models and data mining techniques. Statistical programming in Python and data visualization with Power BI are key skills. A minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in Retail Forecasting projects is expected. You should be adept at managing large datasets, thinking creatively to solve business problems, and collaborating effectively in a global team setting.
