As part of the Functional and Process Excellence vertical, you will craft data-driven reporting and visualization solutions for our global clientele. This role focuses on delivering critical insights through robust data analysis and reporting techniques.

Your role will involve building and maintaining interactive dashboards using tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance.

You will develop automated, scheduled reports to minimize manual effort and ensure consistent delivery of insights. Extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources using SQL will be a key part of your responsibilities.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will also prepare detailed performance reports and monitor dashboard performance for optimal reliability and accuracy.

We are seeking a professional with 2-5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in reporting and visualization roles. Essential skills include proficiency in Looker, Power BI, or Tableau, advanced SQL for query writing and performance tuning, and advanced Excel capabilities (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).

A strong understanding of data modeling concepts and relational databases is crucial. Experience with large datasets, automating reporting processes, and leveraging AI/automation tools for analytics workflows is highly desirable.

Candidates must possess a keen eye for detail, a strong data quality mindset, and excellent English communication skills for stakeholder presentations. A Bachelor's degree in IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field is required.
