This role involves designing and delivering HR reports, both standard and ad hoc, meeting specified timelines and requirements. Key duties include providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) support, extracting, transforming, and preparing data from HCM and other HR systems for reporting and analysis. You will also build and maintain reports using tools like Workday, SAP, Advanced SQL, ServiceNow Reporting, Advanced Excel, PowerQuery, VBA, Cognos, Snowflake, SSRS, Global Scape, MS Access, Smartsheet, WebApps, and Tableau. A significant part of the role is analyzing HR data to uncover trends, identify anomalies, and support data-driven decision-making with actionable insights. You will contribute to dashboard creation and maintenance using tools such as Power BI or Tableau, while ensuring the utmost data quality and accuracy through validation and testing. Maintaining clear documentation for report logic, transformation steps, and data sources is crucial. Collaboration with team members and responding to stakeholder queries are also essential functions, alongside identifying opportunities to streamline and automate reporting tasks, adhering to defined processes and governance standards for secure data handling.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency in tools such as Workday or SAP, Advanced SQL with Workbench, Advanced Excel, Smartsheet, Power Query, VBA, Cognos, Snowflake, SSRS, Global Scape, MS Access, WebApps, and Tableau, coupled with expertise in insight writing and storytelling. The ability to interpret and analyze data effectively is paramount. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable. Specific requirements include expertise in SAP Report writer (excluding SuccessFactors) and Workday Report Writer (Advanced+Composite+Prism Analytics). Familiarity with ServiceNow Reporting, Advanced MS Office (Excel), Advanced SQL, SQL Workbench, Cognos Reporting, SSRS, Global scape, Snowflake, and MS Access is essential. Proficiency in Reporting & Visualizations, WebApps, Smartsheet, and the HR Domain, particularly in Compensation reporting & Analysis, is expected. Strong problem-solving skills, encompassing analytical thinking, collaborative approaches, and adaptability to change, are vital. Excellent verbal and email communication, including sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation, are also key attributes.
