Join Accenture as a Senior Analyst in Decision Science, specializing in Workday Advanced Reporting. This full-time role is for experienced professionals with 5-8 years of experience. You will be instrumental in developing, automating, and delivering HR reports and dashboards, both standard and ad hoc.

Work closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure all reporting outcomes are accurate, timely, and relevant to business needs. This position demands strong technical proficiency in Workday's reporting capabilities and advanced Excel skills, coupled with the ability to analyze data effectively. Familiarity with VBA or PowerQuery is a plus. We seek individuals who prioritize accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, and are dedicated to enhancing reporting processes continuously.

Your key responsibilities will include executing and delivering HR reports according to specified timelines and requirements. You will extract and prepare data from Workday and other HR systems for in-depth analysis and reporting.

Build and maintain automated Excel-based reports using advanced formulas. Analyze HR data to identify critical trends, anomalies, and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all reporting outputs through rigorous validation and testing.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for report logic, data transformations, and sources. Collaborate effectively with team members and address data or reporting queries from stakeholders. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive reporting tasks, adhering strictly to defined processes and governance standards for secure data handling. This role requires working in night shifts to support global reporting cycles.

To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Workday Advanced Reporting, general Reporting, and Visualizations. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and strong email writing skills are essential.

We are looking for candidates with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaborative thinking skills, along with adaptability to change. Strong verbal communication, including sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation, is required.
